'Not
only men can ride'
Now, whoever said cars are for boys alone
better check Dolores DLG Camacho's slick
black 2000 Honda Accord and see for themselves
that ladies can also love wheels.
Camacho's Honda is equipped with all upgrades
- body, sounds and performance - it will
make boys stare at their car and see what
they're missing.
Believe it.
Camacho's black Honda has a Wings West body
kit and spoiler, 17-inch 5 Zigen wheels
with 215/40 Falken tires, a Matrix coil-over,
Tokico shocks for the smooth ride and one-piece
Angel Eyes projector headlights.
Camacho also has DC Sport headers, strut
bar and battery tie-down. Also installed
are AEM pulleys, cam gears and cold air
intake. The Greddy Catback system takes
care of the exhaust.
The Honda's engine is also dressed up with
Nology Hotwire and Hose Technique.
Matching up the bodywork are two 8-inch
subwoofers and a Pioneer 12-disc CD changer
for that great quality sound that will outshine
a movie house sound system.
Inside Camacho's Honda is any car lovers
dream - a cool carbon fiber hand brake and
reverse indiglo gauges that change from
blue to green.
"This
is my pride and joy," says Dolores of her
Accord.
She says enhancing features of her car,
which she got in 1999, is a hobby.
Camacho got her performance upgrades from
James Fleming's Speed Freaks Auto Performance.
Fleming says his shop is open to all car
lovers who won't settle for anything less.
Camacho won the Best Female Ride award in
last year's Hot Import Nights in Garapan,
a major event for car enthusiasts. She says
she's very, very proud to have won that
prize.
So next time you happen to see that slick
black Accord rolling down a booming sound
with a lot of load, that's Dandan's Dolores
Camacho on the road.
"Not
only men can ride."
That's
her word.
